The International Emissions Trading Association and the World Bank Carbon Finance Unit / Prototype Carbon Fund (PCF) have started a process to develop a CDM and JI Validation and Verification Manual. The final draft of the VVM is expected to be ready by COP9, after a thorough review, participation and feedback process. More information is available on the PCF/IETA VVM website at: http://www.VVManual.info
