Summary:
On 7 February 2001 during the meetings of the Host Country Committee of the Prototype Carbon Fund (PCF), representatives of Sub-Saharan African countries requested PCF to provide capacity building and training on: - Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project identification, design and the associated project cycle - Determination of emission baselines and environmental additionality in key sectors.
