Summary:
Upon the request of the subscribers to the PCF, AED Inc. was contracted by the PCF to prepare a simple analysis to demonstrate the effect of crediting period on the cost of emissions reduction. AED Inc. was asked to carry out this analysis for a representative set of technologies to capture the range of capital cost and project life. Summary of the assumptions and key findings are attached.
