Validation and Verification Manual
Development of a CDM and JI Validation and Verification Manual The International Emissions Trading Association and the World Bank Carbon Finance Unit / Prototype Carbon Fund (PCF) have started a process to develop a CDM and JI Validation and Verification Manual. The VVM will be a guidance document that describes the process of validation and verification activities. The VVM will be "owned" and used by DOEs (and other project participants). The final draft of the VVM is expected to be ready by COP9, after a thorough review, participation and feedback process.
