Programmatic CDM Study Released

This study assesses the eligibility and methodological requirements of programmatic CDM by analyzing the following documents: Kyoto Protocol, Marrakech Accords, PDD format, relevant Executive Board (EB) decisions, relevant Methodologies Panel reports, Meth Panel recommendations on relevant proposed new baseline and monitoring methodologies, and the 13 projects in the UNFCCC project pipeline that have programmatic characteristics.
