Summary Report from the Electric Grid Baseline Workshop Now Available

The purposes of this paper are to briefly characterize the challenge faced by the CDM Methodology Panel; to recap the most significant issues discussed in the workshop, and then to focus on future actions that can accelerate the preparation of high-quality electric sector baselines.
